Bug description: Curse of Agony and Corruption do not trigger Soul Flame when the target dies. When I used Drain soul thou it triggers Soul Flame.
Proof: You can see in the combat log I killed 2 mobs near one another and they took no dmg from soul flame when they died with only corruption and agony. https://imgur.com/gallery/j01fe2F

Try to replicate whatever caused it, cuz its the first time im noticing it and i just went to try it and both agony and corruption alone are triggering it to me

yeah now after server restarted it works fine
