Bug description: Increase haste should increase Unstable Affliction damage and speed of tick. I have 27.87% haste and 106.34% haste do same 4377 damage per 2 second, same damage on tooltip too

Haste only makes UA deal the same ammount of ticks faster xd
Dmg increase of the spell is only affected by mastery , flat dmg mods , versatility and int increases . Billzard made it so that haste doesn't add any additional ticks to DoTs xd
The 2 seconds on the tooltip is a rough estimate it wont show you the exact number .

I tested all dots such as on agony, corruption, seed of corruption, vile taint, phantom singurality, all increase damage on tooltip and faster tick when have high haste, you can test it ez

Unstable Affliction isn't supposed to scale with haste in ANY way (except cast time) unlike the other DoTs Affliction has. It's an intended feature. It's always supposed to tick 5 times over 8 seconds (unless Summon Darkglare is involved).
