Bug description: on video retail, when he mouseover spell, it show 54,9k dmg, ez to get 106-112k damage with concordance of the legionfall buff (he has lower ilvl and trait than me - see his HP 5826k and mine is 5989k, my ilvl deslock is 971-66traits), when i mouseover only show 49,3k damage (although i have higher ilvl + use flask), when I use it in bg, around 31k dmg,62k dmg when crit, 65 67k dmg with concordance of the legionfall buff, and max around 80-85k dmg with concordance of the legionfall + soul harvest

Lets take a naked char for this example (without Mastery: Chaotic Energies since there is too much random going around it and it makes things more difficult):

Base Intellect: 7346
Bonus for Channel Demonfire from Destruction Warlock Aura: 15%


7346 (100% of Intellect) * 1,15 = 8447.9
