Hi,

It was completed by: 8302 players @ Felsong
Try to unlock the last trait first, if after that it doesn't work, clear your cache. If none of those are allowing you to pick up the quest then ultimately make a ticket.
Lastly do not post non related spell/talents bug reports here. There's a sub-forum titled "Quests"
