[REJECTED] [Warrior] [Arms] Precise Strikes & Shattered Defenses using 7.3 values

In response to the previously closed topic quick sand posted this screenshot https://imgur.com/a/097PFE8 which claims to be a live build of 24461, which is not even available through the Simcraft downloads website as the most up-to-date version of simcraft that was actually around during Live retail was 725-01 Build 24286, and any build that is 725-02 or above on the simcraft page is actually for the 7.3.0 version of the game.

secondly, there is no absolute proof that these changes even came in 24461 or before 24461 that nerfed Precise Strikes.

Precise strikes was changed in 7.2.5 to instead increase critical chance instead of reducing cost in build 24430 of 7.2.5 and then changed in build 7.3.0 in build 24473 where it was nerfed.

As you can see there is no other versions than 24430 which is 7.2.5 for these spells. The changes were implemented in 24473 which is 7.3.


Bug description: The spell was changed in build 24430 (7.3) not build 24461 (7.2.5¬) as Quicksand is suggesting, even freakz spell finder is saying that the recognized version of the spell should be 24430 but that is not using the correct value of 10% as seen here : https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=248579 (wowhead link) *mouseover 24430 and it says 10% not 8%.)

edit: if you can send me the strings the 'sniffers' sniffed for these "stealth nerfs" then please do show me, but i've literally looked at every patch and build and cannot find anything that nerfs these two abilities in 7.2.5 only in 7.3

I'll try to find more evidence for both these bugs, finding more about which build the spells were nerfed should help with this.

This is the simc version I use. It uses 7.2.5 spell data, this is the last commit before they changed it to 7.3.

Also, the changelog from Wowhead is 99% not trustworthy. They update tooltips only during major patches. A spell can be changed 15 times between 7.2.5 and 7.3 and there will be ONE change shown for it, when it actually goes to 7.3. Wowhead rarely updates tooltips and I will never confirm/accept as proof that
