I was about to post the same bug. But the issue is different, it has the same bug as Trauma had when 7.2 came out: when you keep refreshing it, it won't do any dmg before 1 sec has passed, so since fury does a lot of fast attacks, that 1 second won't pass until the bloodbath buff wears off and you stop re-applying it.

Please, bloodbath is the to-go choice in 7.3.5 since its high dmg, if you can fix this ASAP we would really appreciate it.

Tested it and it works fine for me, the recount came after some time for bloodbath. FWI you can see in the left corner on the dummy Bloodbath was being re-applied, also dont test stuff on that dummy use the 3 dummies on the side that dummy sometimes bugs for me.

Do you know what it FEELS like, to be TORTURED by your own mind?
