Bug description: I want to know why this bug has been moved to Low priority / visual bugs - Class spells section, its about a MECHANIC which is important in pvp, without root effect its necessary to use 2 intercepts in the same target to reach it (especially CASTERS or PLAYERS RUNNING WITH FLAGS etc) and even with it you can get them, which is a waste of cds, you can't catch targets property and please don't put excuses like "but it's just a simple thing in pvp", im NOT saying you must fix this bug for today, but it shouldn't be marked as LOW PRIORITY either.

Don't make bogus posts. There is a good reason it is low priority and it will stay there
