Proof: cant record video, slow pc

Rejected.40 rage execute,20% out of 40 is 8 rage refunded ,u will see that on the combat log.Also,keep in mind as the tooltip states:IF THE TARGET DOESNT DIE,IT REFUNDS THE RAGE.IF THE TARGET DIES,NO RAGE IS REFUNDED.
