[REJECTED] artifact weapon and emissary chests bug

Bug description:
artifact weapon bug: everytime i change my talent to shadow and get relog, the off hand (secrets of the void) from my artifact weapon is dissapear. then it is being sent to my mail. but when i click it from my mail it is said that my bag is full. so i can't take it from my mail.

emissary bug: everytime i get emissary chest for completing the emissary quests, the chests become bugged (they dissappear from my bag). Then the emissary chest are being sent to my mail. But even after i click the chests from the mail, the chests are still dissappear from my bag and they being sent again to my mail.
