hello i'm new in this server, i got some question why i don't get quest to broken isle

in the class hall i have completed quest until https://www.wowhead.com/quest=42984/eye-of-azshara-the-scepter-of-storms

but i still can't go to broken isle for questing

Check the scouting map in your orderhall. It has tabs, one should allow you to pick a zone.
