Bug description: 2 weeks ago i had mythik key +4 and this week i had +7 but each time i go to the chest in hall room it sais i don;t have any mythik dungeons for last week so i can't loot. its about My mage Demphaly. only items i have are from auction house only. please fix my problem. thank you!

First of all, the name you provided isn't a mage, but a level 41 druid.

For these things, you need to provide ingame proof (a screenshot) of the issue.

yes sorry it's Demphany the mage. screenshot of what? i dont have a key in inventory or nothing now. how could i knew it will not work so i can take screenshot before and after?

I mean a screenshot of the issue- that you can't open the chest.
And the link you provided doesn't work. Try to upload it to a different site, like here https://imgur.com/upload

Also, judging by your armory, the last time you completed a key was on the 14th, and it was a BRH. After that you looted a ring from the weekly chest, and received a key. But you didn't complete any keys last week.

I think he is going everyday for that chest even tho reset is only on friday so thats why he cant open it

I'm going to reject this report.
In total, you need to complete a key in order to be eligible for opening the weekly chest, and the reset happens on friday.
