Bug description: I killed na'zak and i didnt get my recipe. I read on site there is a npc that should spawn but i didnt see him either.
Proof: Try kill na'zak and it won't drop.

I think you can see a panda Near Door Enter Na Zak . talk it and get for free.

sadly i see no npc near boss

That npc is no longer required since the recipe is now dropped by the boss.

Make sure that you have the rank2 learned and that you don't have cooldown on personal loot. I tested and it works.
