[REJECTED] quest: Evacuate Snowmane bug when turn in

Bug description: this quest when i want to turn in, the npc it's covered in snow. Even npc covered half in snow hiting other mobs which you can see just the head. It's a texture bug. The npc it's under snow where need to turn the quest in. I delete the cache, desabled the addons etc, i did everything but still the bug it's there.

Can you please provide better screenshots of what is going on?
