Arms warrior gets +12% damage on mortal strike, i see there is no report for this i guess. If i get something wrong write down please. Im not sure if this affects pvp situation, there is hotfix june 14th where arms 30% reduced damage on mortal strike in PvP, so with june 13th hotfix (+12% damage) it should affect pvp situation aswell? So at end 30-12 = 18% damage reduced?

I am not sure if this hotfix is applied, but you should clarify that this isn't PVP hotfix, last time this was reject as moderator/GM was thinking that this is PVP related.

It is applied, if you check wowhead changelog for Mortal strike, the damage at launch of 7.2.5 (june 12) was 392% : https://i.imgur.com/bK08ZIx.png
Add a 12% boost to that and you get 439%, which matches freakz database: https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=12294&&name=mortal-strike
