Elerethe Renferal

[FIXED] On mythic difficulty Pain lash mechanic doesn't work
[PENDING] On mythic difficulty Violent Winds mechanic including Wind Burn doesn't work
[FIXED] On mythic difficulty Tangled Webs mechanic doesn't work
[FIXED] Fixed an issue where Necrotic Venom was applied as a buff instead of a debuff
[FIXED] Fixed an issue where Twisting Shadow was applied to its summoner instantly. Now it will be applied on him after 5 seconds.
[FIXED] Fixed an issue where Eye of the Storm debuff wasn't applied on Mythic difficulties on third platform.
[FIXED] Fixed an issue on mythic difficulty where Elerethe wasn't applying Swarm if tanks would have brought Venomous Spiders within 10 yards of her.
[FIXED] Fixed an issue where Elerethe wasn't applying Eye of the Storm at all after previous fix.
[FIXED] Fixed an issue where Gathering Clouds wasn't taking into account the distance to its victims.
[FIXEDFixed an issue with Venomous Spiderlings aggro(needs more testing).
[FIXED] Fixed an issue where Elerethe was gaining Web Walker buff on her way to the third platform.
[FIXED] Fixed an issue where players couldn't kill Spiders with Shimmering Feather.

All the fixes will be live after the next restart

Bug description: Can't get to Elerethe renferal after we wiped. (no path) .
