[Raid] [ToS] BoE loot from trash

Bug description: Trash mobs from Raid Finder, Heroic and Mythic difficulty should drop BoE items of appropriate ilvl and version, e.g. Tidescale With on mythic should drop the mythic 930 version of Sash of the Unredeemed. Currently only normal version is dropped from all difficulties.

Currently I'm more concerned about being unable to complete Tier set appearance for Priest.
But as more wings for ToS get released there are also bound to be items with "perfect" stats for many more classes.

Implementing such updates on BoE loot (dungeons/raids) the Blizzard way would also mean to add warforged/titanforged etc. on the same items, and even with the small chance they have in this patch, it's easy to expect ridiculous prices on AH for a "mythic titanforged" item. Fortunately, Blizzard has nerfed the drop rates so that "mythic trash runs" for Nighthold and Antorus (in 7.3.5) are not very lucrative anyways. Another idea would be a custom vendor allowing you to collect the missing transmogs if you did the corresponding boss/wing (the LFR from old patches/expansions is another thing since there is no way to get those anymore).
