Rated Battleground Team.

Hey everyone, I'm not sure whether this has been asked in the past or not but I'm gonna' ask again due to finding no related topics myself. Are there any English/English speaking guilds that primarily compete in Rated Battlegrounds? Or perhaps a group of people from different guilds, that rBG together? - Are the Rated Battlegrounds currently working mechanics and reward wise - I'm a total n00b, but I'd like to try rBG ; So my ultimate question is, how do I join/find a Rated Battleground Team?

About this topic i would make a rated batleground team with some members of my guild and perhaps some others but the question is, we would actually get to que with someone / or does rated batleground works ?
And, i think if there would be a couple of teams, it's pretty hard to match out the time to que up ( 10+10 ) players.

Yeah, I barely see anything within game or on the forums about rBG's - This is more to see who actually competes or if there is any interest in it. My first thought was build my own team, still awaiting any confirmation on rBG's actually working, or people actually play. Thank you for your reply though.

Well i can tell for sure this, if teams for rated batlegrounds will exist and if the system will work, i will gonna have one.
