NOTE - The rules mentioned below apply only for a maximum of 3 days after you looted/purchased the item
NOTE - Mounts are automatically added to your Spellbook (Mounts tab), so please take that into consideration before posting


Try Recover Items before opening a thread regarding your request and please do consider the following model:

Vote-related & Vote-refund

You will get helped in the following situations:
• You purchased the same item twice by refreshing the vote page;
  
• You ;purchased a mount & such on the wrong character. However, you won't get any refund in this case, but you will have the mount transferred but only if you make a recovery request within 3 days of the purchase;

You will NOT get helped in the following situations:
• You purchased a mount/companion etc and you changed your mind about it;
  
• You purchased a transmog item and you realised you can't transmog it;
  
• You purchased an item that has tooltip errors on the webpage and you are disappointed by its stats/displayid ingame [Note - Tooltips are currently read from wowhead.com which has its database updated to Legion];

Rollback-related & special cases

You will get helped in the following situations:
• You lost a Binds when picked up item at server rollback but you have screenshots with it equipped/in bags, or on the armory @recent activity;
  
• You disenchanted an item unintentionally; (If you used the material from that "disenchant object", you won't receive that item back)
  
• You couldn't loot a boss (loot bug), in this case you need to post a screenshot with your CD and list of people that have CD with you using .cd NAME cd

You will NOT get helped in the following situations:


• You were the leader of a raid and you gave an item to a wrong person;
  
• Someone hacked your account and deleted all the items you had;
  
• You unlearned a profession, lost guild reputation etc;

Soulbound item trade related

You will get helped in the following situations:
• "You may only trade bound items to players that were originally to loot the item" error case - The post has to be done by the Master Looter (the person who has the items) and the poster must have his WoW account bound to forum profile in order to get helped and please don't forget to mention the player who was supposed to get the item + obviously 2 screenshots of the raid;

You will NOT get helped in the following situations:
• If you traded the item once and you couldn't trade it again - Read "You may only trade bound items to players that were originally to loot the item";
  
• You were the ML and you gave the item to the wrong person;

Please don't waste our time by opening requests based on false data aka scam attempts, you will get permanently banned.

You couldn't loot a boss (loot bug), in this case you need to post a screenshot with your CD and list of people that have CD with you using .cd NAME who
