Remove upper karazhan from m+ until fixed

In its current state this only makes ppl hate that dungeon even more than CoEN whereas upper supposed to be a very ez one with most of the affixes if it was working. If someone gets upper keystone they rather ignore it than to try it now cause they are aware how much time it requires and how painful to workaround all the bugged content or at all how hard to find anyone for such key.

Its not a bug report just telling what makes it hardly completable. I've been there, its bugged, all of the mentioned problems are already reported but still not fixed which is ok but then make it so that it wont break the keystone system by giving a dungeon that is worse even on m5 than any other on 15. I told in my post that you can workaround almost all problems if you plan it forward and get ppl accordingly and have time for muliple wipes(amount depends on how lucky you are with last boss). Most likely this is how high keys done here but compare amory result with lower karazhan which also has problems but still not as serious as upper. When you cant complete an m6 there because last boss just says: no; or because you spawn into the texture so team must go without you, its definitely not working correctly.

Then you need to wait for the fixes, dungeon won't be disabled
