[REJECTED] Reorigination Array stat switch issue

Character name: Mattddaemon

Bug description: Reorigination Array Buff sometimes stays on the wrong stat. A mage friend procced overwhelming power and had more haste than crit and the reorigination array switched to haste. After the Overwhelming Power buff passed the RO stayed on Haste.

Why this happens imo: Diff between crit and haste unbuffed (outside uldir) is small 1587 (crit) / 1472 (haste). When entering uldir the buff goes on crit. Once OP proccs RO goes on haste, after the OP expires, the haste is 1772 compared to 1587 crit. This probably means that the game is programmed to take the current highest stat into consideration without substracting first the RO buff.

As you can see the buff is 300+ on one stat. 1772 - 300 = 1472 haste which is lower than 1587 crit, still the buff is on Haste.
