Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Talent efectiv mort.
Dovada / Proof: 0 proccuri

Talentul e simplu. De fiecare data cand targetul cu mark/marked for death on se misca, exista sansa ca urmatorul kill command sa returneze focus folosit.

Am tinut talentul activ timp de cateva zile bune, timp in care n-am vazut absolut niciun procc.

posibil sa tina cont decat de FLEE ceea ce e prezent decat pe mobi in pve , nu stiu exact nu ma pronunt.

As of 4.3.0, Resistance is Futile! is now activated by targets affected by Marked for Death.
in orice caz tooltipu zice ca procuie si la atempt to run / move si pe wowhead scrie
"So, I have been testing this out in PvP and PvE and the proc rate seems to go off every 1-2 yards of movement. This is PURELY AN ESTIMATE, but I seem to proc it constantly in BGs and even when kiting mobs (It often procs before the CD is even reset on Kill Command). Trebuie sa mearga la orice modificare de locatie, indiferent ca e pe o axa sau alta, la un numar foarte sensibil de yarzi (nu stiu exact cati, dar foarte putini)... Confirm ca talentul nu functioneaza absolut deloc si, cu toate ca unii in PvP lasa maimuta strategic prin anumite locuri doar pentru CC, este foarte util. UP pentru fix! TY!
