Bug description: Blunderbuss is affected by Greenskin's Waterlogged Wristcuffs however it's not consuming the buff. Blunderbuff should remove buff when used.

Guy in the video uses BtE to get the buff. Then he uses Saber Slash which triggered Blunderbuss. Blunderbuss consumed Greenskin's Waterlogged Wristcuffs buff.
