Rogue mage tower red tint.

Bug description:

Hello!

I am writing to you regarding the mage tower appearance on rogue. I've donated for it and have the first tint of it on all specs. After I've done all 10 dungeons required on mythic (I did them all on all difficulties) and did not get the red tint yet , it's locked still. I have donated for the first color of the mage tower appearance and it gives you on all 3 specs the first color and the dungeons I did on assasination and outlaw.
