I accidently abandoned these quests I took from the scouting map and now I cant obtain them again and therefore cant get friendly with the Broken Isles factions to start doing my world quests. What do I do now?

If you can't retake them from the scouting map, then you already turned them in, check the following quest givers. Use https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php
