What I really like about the server here is that you guys have added custom shortcuts on how to shorten long farming periods (Burden campaign for alts / custom dungeons for rep, gear, raid items, etc.).

From what I've read, it seems very time consuming and difficult with Shadowlands to have a second spec with one char. I suggest keeping that in mind and making it easier for players to play multiple specs with one char (etc. dps/heal, tank/dps even tank/dps/heal).
