Bug description: In the location which is pinned in the minimap there is nothing related to the quest so i searched in youtube to find the exact location where Ruul the Darkener spawns https://youtube.com/watch?v=3c7LwdLvgrE:


While in Freakz database says Ruul the Darkener is spawned, in reality he isn't spawned anywhere near the coordinates that are provided or the location showed in the video.
Instead the only thing is spawned is Ruul's Nehterdrake which doesn't give loot and therefore doesn't help you finish the quest.

Confirmed. Ruul the Darkener doesn't spawn. Normally, he should be on his drake patrolling the area.

Honestly, this quest is tricky... It seems like the NPC doesn't always spawn. When I first picked up the quest he wasn't there for a few days straight. But after coming back to it a few weeks later (today that was) he suddenly was walking around, towards the gates at the place where the solo drake of his is standing. Killed him and another of his drake spawned. Got the quest item, but still... This needs to get fixed some time...

i thought it was bugged but suddenly a ally player just found it it works but dosen't really say correct spwan info
