[FIXED] [Shaman] Chain heal

Bug description: Idk if it's wrong or anything but god damn chain heal bounces wierd here, if targets aren't butt close to each other the chain heal won't bounce (for the most of the time). in-game I don't have video cuz you know don't have thingy for record only have screenshot from class hall and have video of guy chain healing 2 dummies who are far away from each other (ignor the new visuals and cast animations xD). And also it sometimes only bounces to 1 person or doesn't bounce at all.

i can confirm. when i played shaman,

i noticed chain heal bounce were kinda weird for me too, comparing it to retail...

Sometimes it missed a good and obvious nearby target,
Sometimes it didnt bounce at all,
sometimes it bounced to a target like 40yd away....

i really couldnt capture or report it... i thought it was my side... cuz of shitty internet and potato-ish laptop.

Confirmed , chain heal is buggy .
i tested on 2 targets , in close range it has a good chance to jump on a second target and rarely on 3 targets . most of the time it just heals the primary target
also my guild mate "Shamyzizi" he's ranked 2nd in most time played also confirms this (he's a resto main)
