Bug description: The duration on flame shock is not buffed... (maybe cuz fire and ice database flame shock link is the resto spec one)

confirmed , "fire and ice " dont consume maelstrom , but does not increase duration

Confirmed, not only does the talent not increase the duration it somehow decreased it where flame shock put up only a 15 sec debuff.
