Maelstrom weapon does not reduce the cooldown of elemental blast( 5 stacks = instant cast) Probably because of the stormkeeper "fix" that says it should not be instant if 5 stacks of MW are used, this have to be looked into because it is a cast and it was "fixed" without proofs.
