[FIXED] [Shaman][Restoration] Earth shield wont trigger heal on friendly target

Bug description: On other targets except self the earth shield heals wont trigger, no matter how much % the incoming damage makes . see picture below he lost all HP without triggering the shield tested on 10 targets none were healed.
