[Shaman] [Restoration] Grounding Totem - immune to damage from spells that were redirected

Bug description: The totem summoned by [Grounding Totem] will no longer take damage from spells that are redirected to it.

Atm the totem does take damage from spells but it doesnt die, it lasts the full 3 seconds and absorbs all the spells, Eleyon helped me test it and he used 2 conflagrates, totems effect persisted even though it said it overkilled it.
