Skill Delay

So as the title says i have a delay in skills, whenever i click on a skill i have to click 2 times or 3 maybe it can be my ping? I play with 250 ~ 260.

That's more than likely related to the latency, 250+ is pretty high.

Try using the command ".spellqueue on" in the ingame chat, see if that makes it better. It's a system intended to help users with high latency.
