Step 1: Download Proxifier
Download any version of Proxifier. The free version is enough for a free days and I will not encourage anyone to illegally enter a key. If you like the software, support the programmers and buy it.
Step 2: Configure Proxifier
After restarting your computer, Proxifier works and every program you open will have it's traffic sent through a proxy. Obviously, you will only want WoW to get behind a proxy and have your usual connection speed for all the other programs.
Step 2.1: Find a proxy
Finding a proxy is relatively easy. You can click either here or here.
However, you need to make sure that the proxy support HTTPS. The datastream can't function over the web port, which is 80.
A good way to check this is to open Proxifier, click on View in the menu and select 'Proxy Checker'.
Check a new Proxy as seen here

If this message shows up, you can use the proxy

Now go back to main screen and click Profile -> Proxy Servers
Add the server that you just checked as seen here

Step 3: Setting up Proxy rules
Since you only want WoW to run through the proxy, you need to set up rules, so only WoW uses a proxy.
Go back to the main screen and click Profile -> Proxification rules
Set your Default route the way I did. If you get any warning, just ignore it.

Now click on add and add a rule as seen here

After you are done, the rules should look like this:

If that is the case, you can now go on and start WoW. Connect to the server and play.
Step 4: Play
This step is self explanatory. You can now play and will experience lag spikes at times when the server is heavily flooded. However, you will not get disconnected because your traffic is now Romanian and won't be cut off anymore.
Here is a screenshot that shows how well playing a battleground worked for me. I only had one lagspike and an average ping of 50.
The whole time I was online, I had a whole traffic of about 5Mb. This is NOT a lot at all and I can easily see up to 200 users using the same proxy without getting a higher ping than usual.

Did you select the HTTPS protocol?
Did you use your wowfreakz_launcher? It says WoW.exe for me, because I renamed my launcher to that. As explained in the pictures.

yup...tried everething, doesent work. Gues ill play MW3 and KoA Reckoning until it comes up.

and yeah i checked the https check box


it lets me log ingo evo and genesis tho , just not into exodus

Seems like their ISP either banned that proxy or they're blocking traffic from inside Romania too now.

once you connect with the proxi seems it is dificult to connect again , i have to log out and close wow , 15 mins lager i tried reconnecting again , im getting:

Same at my place ...i can log on site whit this IP ...but no more on WoW...google reconize me as a romanian ?! seems like Program working ....but cannot run Wow...maybe is reson is that too many people use same proxy ...i try 20 others and no1 works...realy dont know How To solve this anymore
