Bug description: This seems to be somekind of general issue. In HoV on the first boss if you dont dodge the Static field youll see its debuff mulitple times on you. But also in The Arcway you can see such thing happening with Ooze puddle aoe.

You report is too general, this happens in very specific cases and its not really an issue.
