Bug description: The wolf doesn't become available for horde players after getting the spectral steed on the alliance side. It should be that if you get any one of them, the other will be added to the mount journal of opposing faction's char.

Please fix this, Since there is no more rep increase for old zone reps, I don't want to farm for months anymore for this.

Rejected. Tested in both situations: horde -> alliance / alliance -> horde and every time the mounts worked. Maybe you bugged somehow, please make a request to recover the mount here.
