Bug description: Reaching lvl 90 i went to the portal trainer in dalaran northrend to learn teleport and portals for tol barad and vale of eternal blossoms. Turns out the spells were not added to my spell book and i had to go to stormwind's portal trainer and pay for them again to be properly learned.
