Stucked in class hall campaign chain quest

Hello!

I did the Artifact quest chain. There is no more quests regarding my class hall campaign quest chain, no quest in my class hall, nor in Dalaran. Nothing in Adventure Guide.

There should have been an NPC at Kayn Sunfury who was waiting for me after teleporting back to Dalaran, there were none.

First quest in the quest chain should be Rise,Champions. Level 101 is achieved, currently lvl 106.

It is given to you by Asha Ravensong in Dalaran (similar to how you first got your very first artifact quest, she walks towards you and gives it to you)

No, she will never be at Krasus Landing.

She appraoches you while you walk through Dalaran City. (This requires you to be level 110 as far as I know, at least it was like that for me earlier, I just made a DH myself today)

Try deleting your Cache folder and to zone in and out of Dalaran through the portal to your capital city.

Hello.
I've some problem with the Legionfall campaign quest. This quest is the Champions of Legionfall-> Recruit a Legionfall champion.
I made all the quests,scenarios exept the last. This was (maybe) the last scenario in the chain. I spoke to the npc, but my internet connection lost before i can accept the last scenario quest.
I can't drop down the quest, and i can't finish the q. What can i do now? Delete my caracter and make a new one?
