What do you think that can be done to improve the Quality of Life of PvP players on WoW Freakz ?

Post below your ideas and suggestions which might be considered to be implemented after 7.3.5 Launches !

Here is a current list of what the PvP has requested (ordered decreasingly by the people's interest and the complexity of the idea) :


After each line you will find a more detailed breakthrough in the spoiler below, which is more of a suggestion and reference to the developers and the staff, and is simply there to furtherly develop the idea the main point already suggests.






1. Fixed matchmaking (Larger emphasis on who goes into which team - this includes the distribution of healers, MMR related matchmaking, average ilvl formulas, prestige levels, etc...)

2. Removal of certain game-breaking bugs (for example 12v8 BGs occurring, the untargetable flags in WSG and TP, flag capping while in a bubble...)

3. More rewarding PvP content (This includes k0s' idea about a PvP version of the Brawler's guild, seperate PvP quests and challenges with rewards, perhaps make PvP items actually better in PvP - for example a flat % buff in instanced PvP if the person is wearing PvP gear)

4. The inclusion of Rated Battlegrounds (if required, it can be made as a weekly event, or a few weekly events where a GM has to be present to avoid win-trading. If this is the case however, we should add superior rewards to this ladder so the community will actually be interested in doing it, and not just sleeping on it)

Separating donors from noobs. Meaning, smarter way of "random battleground" where the teams facing each other would be roughly on the same prestige level or item level.

Random PvP:

Battlegrounds need asap fix with matchmaking - it happens quite often that 1 team has 8 players while other has 12 (BG is for 10v10)

Better distribution of healers and tanks. If its already cross faction lets try to make it so that 1 team doesnt have 6 healers while other has non (same way with tanks)



Rated PvP:

3v3 solo que need asap update:
There should be req to join like Prestige 1 (people without PvP talents are just weight to their team)
Also Ilvl is big matter, joining with 870 or so vs regular players is also weight. Most ragular players are 920+ (even if they dont farm PvE for gear), so I would say 890+ min req to join




And last thing and most important fixes for classes (but I put it last coz I expect this wasnt goal of this question)

Fix the flag in warsong gulch so you can recover it like a normal person and you don't have to wait for it to return by itself also when it is dropped you should be able to take it.While right now you can only take it after its dropped if you are very lucky.
Also fix the option where you can exclude a bg so most ppl that hate Alterac valley can remove it and wont have to suffer cus of it.

Hello,

1. What Felizaric said about 3v3 soloq it's very important and needs fix asap.

2. Especially we need to do something for 3s rated. Right now we can barely make 3 teams to play and that's rare. I think you guys need to implement a NPC which gives you two quests for 2s and 3s rated. And let's say for example if you win 10 arenas on 3s rated you will recieve some kind of good rewards (that's for you to think about it).

3. And last but not least we need classes to be more balanced. That's the main reason that people are not playing. Even if you make a team, you will play only against one comp holy/ww/dk and you will lose every time.

The bottom line is... We need to make more people playing so we can have more diversity on comps. But we can't make more people to play until we don't have a person who will be only focus on PvP because right know a lot of classes are pretty weak. We need constant fixes on classes in PvP. And after some rewards so people have a "reason" to try it. And after they will try and see that classes are balanced, they will have fun and then the real activity on pvp will beggin.

DISCLAIMER: THIS IDEA IS VIABLE ONLY AFTER CLASSES/MECHANICS ARE FIXED!!!

How about we create something similar to Brawler's Guild, but for PvP? Everytime you win an arena or battleground, there is a slight chance to obtain an "Invitation Letter”. Considering that this will be a very special community, only fit for the best of the best, this letter should be a bit tricky to acquire.

By obtaining this letter, they will be able to unlock a portal to “secret sanctuary” for PvP-ers only, that can be accessed only by its members.

With that letter you can now join a new and exclusivist PvP community, gaining access to various perks like special mounts, toys, transmog gear, etc, that can be bought using PvP currency (ex: Mark of Honor), from special vendors. We can expand this idea by adding simple weekly events with custom quests (Ex: Win 10 battlegrounds, Capture 5 flags in EotS, etc), that are not too simple, but not too demanding either.

Why developing this around the “exclusivity” idea? Because people like to be competitive and fight for things that not everyone can obtain so easily, thus gaining a sense of achievement.

We can also implement some kind of a ladder that mainly focuses on the top 3 MvPs.

Decay system: if you are being PvP inactive for too long, your privileges can be removed. There will be two stages for this: firstly, you will not be able to access the exclusive vendors anymore and secondly, you will be forbidden to enter the Sanctuary again, until you acquire another Invitation Letter.

Who will manage this community? Noone and everyone.

This idea is not yet finalized, so any additions to the things already mentioned above are more than welcomed.

Trust me, Blizzard will try to copy us AGAIN on 9.0! -

More rewards for rated pvp (cosmetic rewards or higher ilvl gear at lower ratings)

Rated battlegrounds

An option to enable/disable cross-faction queue

Fix the excluding option on random battlegrounds queue

Fix the flag bug on WSG/TP, which was caused by the WSG brawl "fix" months ago

Hello.
Here's my perspective on what would move PvP in a better direction without going into too many specifics.

For arenas, a nice incentive would be to boost the rewarded gear ilvl. They should be competitive with m+. Everyone is spamming m+ right? I played arenas here on 4.3.4. and rarely remember staying in que for more that a minute till 2.2-2.4k on the most active hours.

As for BGs, disable joining normal RGB as group would be a big plus. Killing the premades. This way, people of different skill levels and gear are mixed. New players (especially) and those with little pvp dexterity get better chances to get some decent gear and absorb some knowledge.
Why i'm proposing this? Well many many times the score gap between one team with premade group and the other without is extremely extremely steep (think 2 consciously synced premades with 10 skilled people). People are getting camped at graveyards. This is fun for no one anywhere, and I feel greatly for all the players who end up in this situation.

Premade groups should be for rated BGs, and if you take into consideration boosting ilvls on arena reward items, premades might also que 5v5.

edit: I'm sorry I forgot to mention.. ^Fix rated BGs.

My 2 cents on the topic:

1. Disabling premade BGs is a no-go. A lot of people want to have fun and play with their friends, and despite what some people here believe, this would actually kill the PvP community.
2. The PvP brawlers guild idea is actually an awesome one, and I can definitely get behind it.
3. We should work on a way to implement Rated BGs, since a lot of the PvP community is actually asking for it. The normal BGs shouldnt have to suffer at that cost however, and if win-trading is an issue, I am fine by personally hosting RBG events two or three times a week, so people can actually play and enjoy it. As a long time PvPer who mostly found enjoyment in RBGs, I think this is one of the features we're missing to make the PvP community really bloom and shine. Its fine if we make it so the RBG cannot start without a GM's permission or whatever, just so we rule out the wintrading aspect.
4. Some hotfixes to classes and items will be required (in case they're not already patched for 7.3.5 ofcourse) - hunters or paladins capping flags while bubbled, rogues or others doing it while stealthed thanks to the potion, etc... These are major issues, and while we do regularly ban people for these exploits, if we want to build a serious PvP environment we'll have to fix these; not just punish. -
5. Enabling legendaries and simillar items in PvP is a no-go, as it would furthermore ruin the balance.
6. Perhaps think of a way to alter the PvP templates in such a way, that the hard-earned gear of some players actually matters more (with Legion's templates scaling is kind of a joke).

I'd also like to thank each and every one of you for taking your time to read the topic and to help us with your feedback. We're trying hard to please the PvP community, and to keep you guys satisfied, and it's great to see you've taken the initiative to work with us in the process. We can make great things together! -
