Bug description: The bosses in Sunwell Plateau are all treated as level 93 bosses instead of level 73, this makes it impossible to run the raid on low level characters that should usually be able to clear it as it gives them huge health pools and higher stats than normal (as if they had been scaled up to a level 90 raid equivalent)
