Bug description: I can break the questgiver's cage and it works but the other cages don't dont work. I can break them but they don't count. I've only managed to free 1/5 prisoners at max. even though I tried breaking every single cell . The cell on the picture is the only one that seems to be working properly, but not always.

Hi,

The quest is working fine: Imgur. I didn't have any problems. There was indeed a cage that got opened and didn't give progress towards the quest, but that's about it. It took me less than 30 seconds to complete it.
Delete your cache folder, abandon and retake the quest, see if it works.
