Bug description:
Proof: Hello,i've recently leveled up my tailoring a lot and i've noticed a bag that is 30 slots from the legion expansion.I know you must do a quest chain to get the recipe.The final quest must be given by an NPC in Suramar but when i go to the NPC the quest isnt there i checked everything,every NPC,every video or forum that i can find about this exact quest,but i get nothing.And also im not sure if this is a bug because on the freakz site it says that 240 or something like that people have completed this quest.

Did you do all the prerequisite quests for this?
Inspire Me! should be the last quest you completed but you can also check this macro:

/run local questID = 00000; isComplete=IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(questID); if (isComplete == true) then print("Quest" , questID, "is completed. ") else print("Quest" , questID, "is NOT completed. Check again") end;

Replace the "00000" with the quest ID and check if you completed the quest/other pre-quests.
