Bug description: the mobs called Nightborne courier doesn't spawn for me, i asked other players they can see them but i cant.

in the screenshot the player next to me is standing on to the mob he can seem him and i can't

Hello,
Have you tried to unstuck on our website? Also delete your Cache folder.
Maybe there's a phasing issue when you accept the world quests that requires you to kill nightbourne couriers too.

Yeah at that time i deleted cache, i also tried to make the quest many times but it didn't work, i'll try if the quest will apear again.

I noticed that the nightbourne couriers were still there before I started the Insurrection storyline. When I started the said questline, it must have phased out the nightbourne couriers making this world quest impossible to complete if you've already been phased for the Insurrection storyline. (I haven't finished the storyline so perhaps it could also be the reason)

Yes, many people seem to have this problem, so I don't think it has anything to do with clearing caches or unstuck, but then again I can always be wrong. This is just my take, since I've tried to do this wq with the website open, saying all of them are currently alive, but can't find any of the nightborne couriers with a target macro so..

My two cents here: I was able to complete this WQ a while ago, before completing the Suramaritan achievement. After that, all the NPCs for this WQ in that area are phased out for me (and other players).
