The Battle for Lordaeron quest problem

Hello. I am returning to Freakz and trying to catch up on my questing. I have accepted The Battle for Lordaeron quest, but the next step involves an NPC called Captain Angelica on Stormwind docks, and she is not there. Help?

Hello,

The Battle for Lordaeron scenario is not implemented, your quest should be auto completed upon talking again with Master Mathias Shaw.
