Bug description: You have to kill Ael'Yith and then go to Stellagosa and finish the quest. After getting the NPC to around 20% he dissapears and the quest is finished, yet Stellagosa doesn't show up so you can finish it. On the Retail, Ael'Yith runs when ge gets to the 20% Hp mark and you still have to kill him. After that Stellagosa appears and you can finish the quest.

Although I have the quest finished, the NPC can't be found where the mark is.

Confirmed. Stellogosa is supposed to be outside and you'll need to turn in the quest, then she'll fly you over back to the Repose, but she's not here to turn in the quest.
