Are you serious? Please read what i wrote, i said the item is not in the loot table of some mobs, where it should be.

All spawned npc's have a 0.1% chance, don't look at those who aren't spawned yet

Those mobs are spawned, i went there, farmed them as i did on blizzard, and after a few hours i checked the site and i saw that they don't have star's design in loot table.
