[DUPLICATE] [Throne of the Four Winds]Al'Akir Phase 2 bug

Bug description:
Proof: As you can see in the screenshot, Al'Akir is at 48% health and I have the debuff for Acid Rain (8 stacks, and you gain a stack every 15 seconds, so the fight's been going for a good minute.) In addition, you can see he's casting Wind Burst.



According to the Dungeon Journal, Al'Akir should enter Phase 2 when he's under 80% health (25% health triggers phase 3, which seems to work fine.) In Phase 2, he's not supposed to cast Wind Burst anymore and should use his Acid Rain ability (But he still uses Wind Burst, in addition to Acid Rain.) On top of that, no adds spawn, while they should spawn every 20 seconds. Because of the amount of Acid Rain stacks I have, you can see way more than 20 seconds have passed and no adds have spawned.



(The add is required for the achievement Four Play, so as of right now, this is bugged. You can also tell it is because not a single person has completed it.)

So basically:
Al'Akir is using Wind Burst in Phase 2 while he shouldn't and he is not spawning an add every 20 seconds during Phase 2 while he should.
