Bug description: This toy has stopped working after this last update, not sure why it was working fine before.
Proof: When you click it, it says "This spell is not available to you".

By the way as a side note The item "Sternfathom's Pet Journal", has the EXACT same bug, so if you find what broke the pet mirror it's probably the same thing that's broken with the journal.
