[Toy] Wormhole Generator: Argus

Bug description: The item doesn't do anything when used, after it's cast, no portal spawns or teleport to Argus.
Proof: I don't know how to record videos ingame, but it's easy to verify, just use the item.

Confirmed. Using the toy will show the casting animation and will cast, but when casting ends, nothing happens.
