Bug description: When the trinket procs, if arcane barrage is shot, and Chrono Shift activates, the remaining damage on the target is lost. It should replace only the slowing effect, but it replaces the damage also.
Proof: Test it on a target dummy, is easier than me film a movie and then uploading.

Please, try to do something.
