Unable to install Legion Client

I've never had an issue in the past when downloading the game using the launcher, im still using the same internet / router so I know its not my isp, im not using a VPN so its not that either, it is a new computer though.
Secondary logon service is enabled, the data folder is NOT read only and I am running in admin mode

I can't find this in the list of errors on the 'How to connect' page so thats why im asking here, any help would be appreciated, thankyou.

EDIT: Forgot to mention ive tried both config files aswell

Hello DeanHippo,

Many users have experienced similar issues when downloading the game through the launcher lately, we don't know why that happens or how to slve it at the moment.

Please get the full torrent client instead, that will work.
